Shrimp and Avocado Wrap

Ingredients:
- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
- In your colorful wrap, layer the shrimp, avocado slices, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and fresh cilantro.
- Drizzle with lime juice and roll up the wrap. Serve immediately.
