Beef and Hummus Wrap

Ingredients:
- 200g beef strips or steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley or mint leaves
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef strips, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the beef for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked to your preference.
- Spread hummus over the wrap. Add the cooked beef, cucumber, red bell pepper, and fresh herbs.
- Roll up the wrap and enjoy!
