Shrimp and Avocado Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  2. Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
  3. In your colorful wrap, layer the shrimp, avocado slices, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and fresh cilantro.
  4. Drizzle with lime juice and roll up the wrap. Serve immediately.
